Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if:

  • The license key or product you received does not activate or fails to work as described.

  • There was a duplicate charge or billing error on your order.

Please note: Refunds can only be processed if the product has not been misused, transferred, or shared in violation of the license terms.


Timeframe

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Most refunds are processed within 3–5 business days once approved, using your original payment method.

Replacements

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Products that have already been successfully activated and used.

  • Orders placed more than 7 days ago.

  • Products purchased outside of AppVaultHQ.com or from third-party resellers.
